Alison Minter is an industry advisor with more than 20 years of consumer private equity investment experience. Formerly a Managing Partner at North Castle, Alison led and managed the Firm’s investments across a variety of Healthy, Active, and Sustainable Living sectors. Alison currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sparx Hockey, Blueroot Health, and Genexa. During her tenure at North Castle, Alison served on the Board of Directors of Therabody, Mack Weldon, Maya Kaimal, VitaCup, Full Swing Golf, ProSupps, HydroMassage, SmartyPants, Sprout Foods, Red Door Spas, Doctor’s Best, Octane Fitness, Contigo, Ibex, Cascade Helmets, Atkins/Bora-Bora Organic Foods, and Avalon Natural Products. Prior to joining North Castle, Alison worked at Evolution Global Partners and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Alison earned an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.
